transfer
Move documents and their metadata between the common data environments your project already runs on, governed by rules you control.
Connect Aconex and Autodesk Docs (Forma) once, then build a rule that filters what moves, renames it to your standard, maps the fields, and runs on a schedule or the moment something changes.
Enterprise feature. A 7-day trial is available if your organization is not on Enterprise yet.
One rule, end to end.
Every transfer is a rule: read from a source platform, run the documents through a short pipeline, and write them to a destination. Nothing moves until you say so, and you can watch every run.
Read from the source, filter to the documents you want, rename them for the destination, map their fields, then write. Direction is yours to choose.
Set it up in three steps.
Connect your platforms once
Connections live under Admin, Integrations and are set up once per organization. Both platforms use secure sign-in (OAuth), so BIMMONT never stores a password and access can be revoked at any time.
Build a rule and shape what moves
Create a rule, name it, then narrow it with filter groups: ALL, ANY, EXCLUDE and ELSE logic across discipline, status, file type, folder, and any register field. A new rule saves as a draft, so nothing transfers until you are ready.
Choose the scope, then run
Point the rule at an Aconex project and registers, or an Autodesk hub, project and folder. Then run it on demand, on a schedule, or whenever the source changes. Every run is recorded, so you can watch exactly what moved.
The platforms you already run on.
Two connectors are live today, with more on the way. Each works in both directions, so either platform can be the source or the destination.
Registers, documents and metadata. Read and write, both directions.

index
Bind a register to a transfer rule and every document the rule moves creates a row automatically. Your BIMMONT register stays in step with what is actually flowing between platforms.
flow
Define the delivery framework in flow, then let transfer rules carry the work between platforms inside the process you have already mapped out.
Stop exporting. Start transferring.
Connect your platforms, build your first rule, and let BIMMONT keep Aconex and Autodesk Docs in sync. Request a trial to switch it on.
